Our Customer Service team can help with:

  • Placing a booking for a group or on behalf of a business or organisation

  • Bookings for individuals (also available for purchase by debit or credit card via the website)

  • Placing a booking with a promotional code or discount for any of the options above (individuals can also purchase with a discount code via the website)

  • Changing your booking, refunds, or if you need to cancel your booking

  • Any other purchase related queries

Orders placed with customer services can be purchased via bank transfer (BACs) or using Visa, Mastercard or American Express over the phone.

Course content

If you need to speak to your tutor about the course content, or any other question related to study, you can message them directly using the Pronto tool or the Canvas inbox which are both accessed within the Canvas Virtual Learning Environment. If you experience any difficulties, please get in touch with our technical support team.
