About me
Intercultural Trainer and Coach at the Centre for Languages and Inter-communication at the University of Cambridge's Department of Engineering.
MA in Languages, Technische Universität Dresden, Germany.
Certificate in Coaching, University of Cambridge Business Culture Trainer, International House London.
Kasia’s ability to understand cultural struggles comes from personal experience, having spent her childhood in Poland, going on to study and work in Germany, and finally settling in the UK. She now works at the University of Cambridge, supporting students and staff through training and coaching.
In regards to her corporate portfolio, she has delivered intercultural training and coaching at all levels of domestic and international companies, both face-to-face and online.
She believes that developing an understanding of different groups and their shared values, alongside becoming self-aware as an individual, are critical steps in becoming interculturally competent.
