Dr Shasha Lu received her MPhil and PhD from the School of Management, Fudan University. Shasha’s research focuses on applying state-of-art machine learning techniques to developing marketing models to gain better customer insights and improve business practices in the data-rich environment. Her research has been published in leading journals in marketing.
