About me
Dr Matthew Tang is an Associate Teaching Professor in Digital Electronics and VLSI Design at the University of Cambridge's Department of Engineering. He is a passionate educator and has over 15 years of teaching experience in the areas of digital electronics, microprocessor systems and integrated circuit (VLSI) design.
Previously, he taught at the Queen Mary University of London as a Senior Lecturer in Computer Engineering and managed the Joint Student Innovation Centre and the Internet of Things Engineering Programme with the QMUL-BUPT Joint Programme. He received the Dean's Exemplary Teaching awards three times during his lectureship at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from 2008 to 2013.
Matthew is a Chartered Engineer (CEng), a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and a Fellow of the Churchill College, Cambridge.
